I have never purchased a body suit before, but this brand is very comfortable and flattering! I am a size 14 (smaller up top), hourglass/pear shaped, and I ordered both a XL and XXL. As the sizing recommendations say, size up from your normal size. I am usually between a L and XL, but usually an XL if I'm buying something to go around my bottom half. Both suits technically fit but the XL was a little tighter and rode up more. It also was more restrictive in the shoulders. The XXL fit better. Highly recommend the style/brand, just size up!
